Discovery NotesThis soil was taken from a flower bed. The ground was slightly wet from rainy weather. I took the soil from approximately 3 inches deep. There were wood chips on the soil's surface.
Naming NotesWhen I first completed the dilution and plaque assay, one of my plates formed an interesting shape. It reminded me of the cosmic cliffs image captured by the James Webb Space Telescope (JWST). Space is something that piques my curiosity so I thought this would be a perfect name for my phage. I added my last name as well because my family is very close to my heart.
