Discovery NotesSoil sample collected on September 16, 2019 at 11:21 PM. The weather conditions at the time consist of a clear, warm night, about 70 °F. There was vegetation present near the site of collection. A few small shrubs as well as a small tree were growing nearby. The soil was collected underneath a layer of mulch. The consistency of the soil was between dry and wet, and there were particles of mulch in the sample.
Naming NotesMy family adopted a dog, whose previous owners named him Duck. We wanted to change his name, but we ended up sticking with his given name. I named my phage after my dog, Duck.
