Discovery NotesWe discovered this phage near the Crosby Building on Gonzaga Campus. This was performed during our second round of phage isolation, we were unsuccessful the first time in other surrounding areas around Gonzaga.
Naming NotesThe Name Feralis Planta came from wanting to base our name in latin. In latin, the name means "Feral Plant." We found this was fitting after initially be unsuccessful in isolating our phage and all the odd circumstances we found ourself in while conducting this lab.
