Discovery NotesI obtained my soil sample from the banks of a creek that ran through the back of my neighborhood. The soil was slightly damp and clumped together in separate balls. I retrieved it from about 6 cm below a surface surrounded in trees and some vegetation. The temperature was 81°F and it was about 12:30 p.m.
