Discovery NotesThe sample was collected from soil which was rocky, containing roots and sand, and was dug 2” deep with many fallen leaves and branches surrounding it. The sample was collected in January at 37 degrees Fahrenheit ambient temperature.

Plaque NotesThe morphology of the isolated plaques was very consistent with the only difference being their size. Size ranged from 1mm - 8mm in diameter. All plaques had a completely translucent middle with a turbid ring around the perimeter.
