Discovery NotesI went to the area in front of the Fresh Food Café at Johns Hopkins University to collect 15 ml of my solid environmental sample in a 50 ml conical tube.
Soil characteristics- moist, compact, dark brown in colour and slightly clumped up. There were also a few pieces of dried bark in the soil.
Naming NotesThe name for my phage was inspired by my dear friend. I wanted to dedicate my phage to him as he helped me out a lot in lab this year.

Plaque NotesPlaque Morphology after direct isolation and final (third) serial dilution- perfectly circular, clear margins, isolated and relatively small-sized.
Lysate obtained was clear and very pale yellow, tending to colourless. Titer--as obtained from Spot Titer protocol--1.33 x 10^10 pfu/ml.
