Plaque NotesAverage plaque diameter: 2.25 mm; apparently lytic, but I noticed when doing the dilutions up to 10^-5, that the morphology was consistently different at -2 dilution, and on one particular set of plates on -1 dilution to -3 dilution, it appeared that the phage had changed life-cycle from lysogenic to a mixture of lysogenic and lytic, to primarily lytic. Ussualy incubated for 48 hrs. at 30°C
