Discovery NotesWe found this bacteriophage from a sample of grass in front of our main college building. We chose this spot due to our knowledge of the fact that many animals and people walk over this area many times a day.
Naming NotesWe chose jacket due to the fact that our phage has shown very aggressive lytic growth on our host bacterium.
