Discovery NotesOur soil sample was taken from an area with a few bushes around. The soil was a very dark brown color. The soil was slightly exposed. There were a few ants and silverfish in the soil. The hole we dug was 1.5" deep. The ambient temperature was 18.9 C.
Naming NotesKalloor is Kezia's family name. Since this phage came from our fifth soil sample, we decided to add the 5 in the name. The 18 came from the year we found it in, which is 2018.
