Discovery NotesThe soil was collected on a rainy day outside of Alumni Hall (4227 Fifth Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15260) on 9/12/18 at 8:36 a.m. Since it was rainy, the soil was fairly moist. There were a lot of leafy plants along with mulch near the soil.
Naming NotesSince I was the last one to find a phage in my lab, I named it "slow" (lento) and since it was the only plaque on my plate "olo" as in solo.
