Sequencing Information
Sequencing Complete?No
Genome length (bp)Unknown
Character of genome endsUnknown
Fasta file available?No
Characterization
ClusterUnclustered
Subcluster--
Lysogeny NotesBecause of the different plaque morphologies it is difficult to discern the exact life cycle this phage expresses. Since most of the time I got a halo-like plaque I will assume this is a temperate phage.
Annotating InstitutionUnknown or unassigned
Annotation StatusNot sequenced
Plaque NotesThe plaque morphologies were sometimes small and clear and other times were larger and blurry around the edges. The plaque morphology photo attached is the most common morphology I observed.
