Plaque NotesPlaques tend to be 5mm in diameter with a clear center of 2mm surrounded by a cloudy ring. I noticed that the greater the concentration of phage, the smaller the plaques became, probably due to greater competition for host and space. I also noticed that given an incubation time of more than 24 hours, plaques grew larger and exhibited a bulls-eye pattern.
