Plaque NotesThe plaques in the middle of the plate had clear areas in their centers that were 0.5-1mm in diameter at 24 hrs and 1-1.5mm at 48 hrs. Around these clear centers, there was a turbid area, making the total diameter of the plaques 4-5mm in diameter. Along the edges of the plate, the plaques were elongated, and they were either completely clear or had clear areas on the edge of the plaque, reaching towards the center of the plate. Also, there were some plaques that seemed to be completely clear and 2mm in diameter at 24 hrs, but at 48 hrs they would instead turn out to be the clear centers to plaques with turbid surrounding areas.
