Plaque NotesOur purified phage produced small circular plaques (approximately 0.1 cm in diameter after 24 hours, but 0.2-0.4 cm after more time elapsed) with turbid rings and clearer “dots” in the center. Plaques on webbed plates are very subtle due to the turbidity of the outer ring and smaller in diameter (0.1-0.2 cm).
