Discovery NotesThe site of soil collection was at the edge of a flower bed that had lot of plant growth and previous soil amenities added. A garden trowel was used to remove the soil and it was deposited in a ziplock lock freezer bag and store at room temperature. Enrichment method was used to isolate the phage from the collected sample. The phage was purified and a phage lysate was collected.
Naming NotesThe name was inspired by my inability to capture a phage in my original sample.
