Discovery NotesFrom soil 1 cm deep from Hope College Campus. Taken at the base of a lightpost near the NE corner of Nykerk music building. The lightpost is located at the top of some stairs.

Plaque NotesTwo different morphologies. 4 mm diameter clear plaques and 1-2 mm diameter clear plaques. The small plaques occurred when the concentration of plaques on a plate were more concentrated. The larger plaques occurred when the concentration was lower. Plates were incubated at 37°C for 24 or 48 hours.
