Discovery Notes | The soil was collected from a bed of grass near a parking lot on the backside of an apartment building. It was taken approximately half an inch from the surface. The soil was dark, moist, and chunky with small pieces of leaves and twigs within the sample. |
Naming Notes | The name of the phage represents my two nephews, Nyle and Clemson. The "y" in the middle means "and" in Spanish. Therefore, the name would read Nyle and Clemson. |
