Discovery NotesThe soil was moist because the mint plants were watered 5-6 hours before. Soil was collected at 7:05 PM. I used a digger and reached 1-2 inches under the mint plants. The soil filled about 75% of the ziplock bag. It also contained small pieces of grass and roots. 5-6 inches underneath the soil there are thick layers of clay. This is the area where plants grow the best.
Naming NotesI choose my last name to be the name of the phage.
