Discovery NotesThe soil was muddy and filled with rocks. I used a sterile tongue depressor to dig 0.5cm into the selected area and placed it into a conical test tube. The time was 10:42 on Tuesday, September 28th 2010. The temperature was 70 degrees Fahrenheit and the humidity at the time of extraction was 82%.
