Discovery NotesThe soil I collected was drier soil, it was warmer weather outside, around mid-70’s, very sunny when collected. This phage was isolated by a lot of micropipetting & many serial dilutions.
Naming NotesI named my phage princess because I thought it was a funny name and I call my brother that when he acts lazy and will not do things by himself, so it is kind of an inside joke in a way (plus it sounds cool when you can call your phage “princess phage”)

Plaque NotesMy plaques are relatively small compared to others in class, they remained this way throughout all my dilutions and plates. They are uniform and the did not range in sizes really, most were the same size but here and there were some smaller or larger than others. The plaques I got were all clear and did not have halos for the most part, a few of them did, but majority were pretty clear and visible.
