Plaque NotesThe plaques show a bullseye morphology, with medium plaques with distinct bullseye arising from low concentrations of phage, and smaller plaques resulting from high concentrations of phage. The halo shape is quite distinct at low phage concentrations. This morphology indicates that the phage may be temperate.
