Discovery NotesSoil Sample was taken at 8:23 PM on 9/2/2018. It was 82 degrees Fahrenheit when the soil sample was collected, and it had not rained for multiple days in the area. The nearby vegetation consisted of only grass. The grass seemed to be alive with a few dry spots. After collection soil was placed into a Ziploc bag and transported to my refrigerator where it will be kept until lab. The approximate time of transportation to the refrigerator was approximately 7 minutes. The sample will be stored for a day and a half at approximately 35 degrees Fahrenheit.
