Plaque Noteshe capsid portion of the phage can be characterized as icosahedral by the shape of the head with a radius of 65.05 nm (Figure 4). Along with its long tail that is roughly 76.93 nm to the first kink of the tail and 132.2 nm to reach the side tail fibers. These factors indicate that it is a Siphoviridae (lambda) phage with its extreme proximity in physical characteristics.
