Plaque NotesAfter purifying, we found the phage plaques with two different and unconstant morphologies. One is 0.5 mm in diameter and very translucent. The other one shows a clear lysate of 1 mm of diamter engulfed by a 2.5 mm turbid lysate. However, the two morphologies never came up together on the same plating, only individually.
