Plaque NotesThe phage started off with a diameter of 0.1 cm. It was discovered that the more concentrated the phage on the plate, the smaller the morphology. The less concentrated, the plaques tended to be larger. And the larger the plaque, there tended to be a visible ring around the plaque where the phage started to kill the bacteria.
