Discovery NotesThe phage was found in soil between UPMC Presbyterian Hospital and De Soto in Oakland, PA. Was found near a tree on September 3, 2014 at 7:20pm. The weather was partly sunny and 80 degrees Fahrenheit. The soil is from about 3 inches deep and was moist and dark brown. There were other visible organisms such as ants and pill bugs.
