Plaque NotesTwo morphologies are formed by this plaque. At 24 hours of incubation at 37 degrees Celsius, they are both 1-2mm in diameter. The first is clear with a very turbid area surrounding it, and the second has a very clear center with a very slightly less clear surrounding. After 48 hours of incubation, the more morphology with the more turbid surrounding is oblong and about 4mm across and 5mm long. The second morphology is more circular and has a 3-4mm diameter.
