Discovery NotesThis phage was found in the same soil sample as BigAri23. The soil was moist from sprinklers the night before. A small garden digger was used to reach 2-3 inches deep in the soil and collect about half a pound around 8:30 AM. Soil is dark with pieces of rocks, grass, roots, and woodchips.
Naming NotesThe initial name was LilAri30 but after the naming rules I switched to Tiari. This is a combination of my Learning Assistant (LA) mentor for SEA-PHAGES and my own.
