Discovery NotesI collected this soil from the edge of a cornfield in central Nebraska on 8/21/2017 at about 10:30am. The air temperature was about 77 degrees F. The soil was rich, brown top soil that was slightly moist.
Naming NotesI named this phage TotalEclipse because I collected the soil on the day of the Great American Eclipse on the location where I witnessed the total eclipse of the sun.
