Plaque NotesWe observed two distinct plaque morphologies on the 10-4 dilution despite selecting smaller plaques in the first two rounds. Small and clear plaques with a diameter of less than 1 mm were the most common throughout the plate; however, there were also several larger and clear plaques with a diameter ranging from 3-4 mm. This significant difference in morphology suggests the presence of two distinct phage species.
