Plaque NotesPlaques are clear in the center with a turbid edge. As the phage would get more concentrated, the plaques would get smaller and clearer.
After 24 hrs incubation at 34°C, plaques show a clear center and slight turbid ring, seeming to appear somewhat oval, though the shape of the turbid ring would shift.
Typically, Albertus was around 4mm in width, but as the amount of plaques on a plate got larger, Albertus could get as small as 1-2mm.
