Discovery Notes | 510 ft elevation 82 degrees Fahrenheit Sunny Collected 9/19/2016 at 6:09 pm Incubation temperature: 30 C Calcium concentration: 2 milliMolar sample was enriched. Phage adopted from Mason Tomko. Soil collected from a Waffle House near a roadway and railroad track, by theh trash containment. Litter, weeds, and dead grass were scattered through the site. Waffle House address: 1868 Russellville Rd, Bowling Green, KY 42102 Phages Djoodi (Tomko) and BirdPerson (Simpson) were isolated from the same enriched soil sample. |
