Lysogeny NotesBoth of my lysogens grew well and had no spots from HTL. My lysogen was leaky which resulted in plaques in my lysogen 2 lawn.
Annotating InstitutionUnknown or unassigned
Annotation StatusNot sequenced
Plaque NotesI had clear isolated plaques and I predicted it to be a temperate phage, which it was because the phage release assay showed phage released for both of the lysogens.
