riverbank and watered by runoff.
Naming NotesThis phage is named after Artpop, Lady Gaga's fourth studio album. It was listened to on repeat during the trek to the Philadelphia Museum of Art and the collection of the environmental sample. The album's critical reception following the success of Gaga's The Fame, The Fame Monster, and Born This Way albums' astronomical successes meant that the performance artistry of Artpop went severely underappreciated. Little monsters rise up; Justice for Artpop.
