Plaque Notes | After 24 hours incubated at 37 degrees Celsius, Aureole produced a bull’s eye pattern with a clearly lysed center and a turbid outer zone. Plaques were on average 5.3 mm in total diameter (n=3) and had, on average, a 4 mm diameter clear lysed center (n=3). After another 24 hours at room temperature (77 degrees Fahrenheit) a sharp halo structure was developed around the original plaques. |
