Plaque NotesBaddyJean is a temperate phage. The plaques the phage produced were about 3mm in diameter with cleared centers and cloudy edges, which shows that BaddyJean can enter both the lysogenic and lytic life cycles. BaddyJean is also a Siphoviridae phage due to its long, flexible, non contractile tails.
