Discovery Notes | This sample was collected in the backyard of a fraternity house at Purdue University. The sample was collected from dry soil, in the middle of some trees in a semi-grassy area but was prominently dirt. The sample was collected directly into the 15ml conical tube that was then used for the direct isolation. The temperature at time of collection was around 24 degrees Celsius. |
