| Discovery Notes | Liquid sample was found in Harold Parker State Forest. All sampling was done at GPS coordinates: Longitude 42 degrees 37’ 0.3108” N Longitude 71 degrees 04’m36.228” W. While collecting the sample, it was located towards the edge of a mucky pond. The water was filled with floating sediment that settled at the bottom of the tube when the sample was kept up- right. Started to collect the sample with gloves on to make sure there was no cross contamination. The weather on the day of collecting was a bit rainy and cold which could affect any other findings locating for any other bacteria due to the movement of the water being disrupted by the rainy weather beforehand. This sample was taken around 3:46pm on September 19th, 2022. |

| Plaque Notes | Plaques were numerous and very turbid. The bacterial clumped a little in the top agar making it a little difficult to differentiate the plaques. The plaques were very small about less than 0.1 cm in diameter |
