Plaque NotesThe phage gave rise to large cloudy plaques spots. With an almost clear center of the plaque and gets cloudier as it moves out. Our phages showed a long tail and with visible tail fiber. Using our scale factor we can see that our phage tail is about 130nm long. The phage head's diameter is about 60 nm long.
