Discovery NotesOur soil sample was taken from outside of the Joseph Johnson Residential Hall at Carthage College. It was collected from the surface of a bed of plants. It was 65 degrees Fahrenheit when it was collected.
Naming NotesWe wanted to name our phage something unique, but we could still get attached to. So, we combined "Billy" with "Marvelous."
