| Discovery Notes | Bisquick was found in a compost pile. The compost had fresh turnover and was very moist. It rained the night before collection. It was collected at 8:15 AM on 9/23/25 and the air temperature was 64°F. |
| Naming Notes | Bisquick was named after the pancake mix. My family has a tradition of making pancakes every Saturday morning. I also just love pancakes! |

| Plaque Notes | All of the direct plating was collected after being in an incubator at 34°C for 48 hours. On crowded plates, plaques are pinpoint and cover the plate, with a few large, 4 mm in diameter blurry plaques spread around the plate. On less crowded plates, the plaques are consistently 4 mm in diameter and have a clear center point with a bullseye around it. |
