Discovery NotesSoil was collected from the base of a carved beech tree under shady spot behind the Carlos museum, on Emory University campus. The soil had a lot of topsoil, partially dry, highly organic, and had some plant growth like several sprouts. 2 rounds of purification were used to obtain the homogenous stock.
