Plaque Notes | After performing 4 rounds of phage titer assay to isolate one type of phage, 103 small and separate plaques formed on the 10^8 dilution plate after incubating in 37°C after 48 hours. A high titer lysate (HVL) was acquired utilizing this dilution, and the titer came out to be 2.06x10^11 pfu/mL. |
