Discovery NotesOur phage was found in soil on a construction site by the science building at Gonzaga University. The soil was rock solid because it was winter and it was covered in snow.
Naming NotesThe name Bruno comes from a character on a TV show who was a construction character, since our phage came from soil on a construction site. The number 20 is the year (2020) that our phage was found.
