Discovery Notes | Buddy was the 1300th phage entered into the Mycobacteriophage DataBase! The soil was acquired from a bank of pluff mud surrounded by decomposed vegetation. The soil had very little oxygen content and was saline rich.The outside temperature at the time of collection was approximately 82 degrees Fahrenheit. |
