Discovery Notes | This phage was discovered in a small garden area behind the Kissing Rock at Carthage College. The garden was moist and very nutrient rich from freshly placed fertilizer. |
Naming Notes | We had named our phage BulbusOculi because it is Latin for "eyeball". We came up with this name because there is a small dot in the middle of our phage, and it looked like an eyeball. |
