| Discovery Notes | My phage was discovered on September 16th, 2013 in Baltimore, Maryland. The dirt sample was collected 4cm underneath the plant surface in a community garden. | Plaque Notes | The average plaque size is 6.7mm. After 48 hours of incubating, the plaques have a bull's-eye pattern, where the center of the plaque is very clear surrounded by a semi-clear outer band. Before 48 hours of incubating, plaques either have the bull's-eye pattern or appear as semi-opaque circles. |
