Plaque NotesThe phage was isolated and purified at 32°C. The plaques are turbid and have a bullseye morphology. At 24 hours, the bullseye is hard to distinguish due to the small size (≈0.15 cm). At 48 hours and beyond the bullseye is easier to see and the plaque size is larger (≈0.25 cm). When incubated at 42°C, plaques grew with a normal morphology, however there were slightly fewer plaques on the 42°C plate than on the 32°C control.
