Discovery NotesThe plaque was consistent with web lysis at 10^0 but it diluted out after higher titers. When trying to make my 10 plate of the plaque, the plaque would not multiply and perform lysis like before. I tested the volume, redid the trials, and even tried a new lysate. I also tested the amount of time of incubation. In each of these case the plaques would form but not ultiply enough to be considered web lysis.
Naming NotesI named the phage Cantor because it did not cooperate with me when trying to plate the 10 plate lysate of 10^0. The problem was that the plaques would not multiply into lysis.
