Discovery Notes | At the University of California at San Diego in a soil pile behind Che Cafe. Sample taken from a soil pile alongside the garden behind Che Cafe. Pile was in direct sunlight, so the sample was taken 4 inches deep to ensure the sample was moist. Sample had small twigs and leaf litter in it and was likely composted soil, considering the garden had compost pile. Soil Depth was 4 inches at temperature of 65 degrees. |
